RESOLUTION NO. 90 -96
AMENDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, that:
WHEREAS, this Council by Resolution 47-80 adopted by reference the Fair Political
Practices Commission's standard model Conflict of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, since that time additional City positions have been authorized and
changes in titles and responsibilities of other positions have taken place.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
APPENDIX A as attached to Resolution No. 47-80 as amended by Resolutions 19-87
and 51-92, is hereby rescinded and APPENDIX A as attached to this Resolution shall be
those employees required to file Conflict of Interest Statements as required by sections
87300 at sea, of the Government Code.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
18thday of NOVEMBER 1996, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
