ACCEPTING STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM 1996
CITY PROJECT NO. 9518
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council
does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The City Engineer of said City has certified the work done by G . BORTOLOTTO &
CO. OF BELMONT under the terms of its contract with the City dated JUNE 3, 1996,
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City
Council and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 9518.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

I, Judith A. Malfatti, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of
NOVEMBER 1996, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
