ESTABLISHING PARKING METER FEE SCHEDULE
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
BURLINGAME, California, that:
WHEREAS, Section 13.40.010 (b) of the Burlingame
Municipal Code provides that this Council shall establish parking
meter fees from time to time and it is necessary and desirable that
certain of such fees be established or amended:
NOW, THEREFORE, the following fee schedule is hereby
established for parking meters for the times and in the zones
indicated. New rates shall be effective January 1, 1997, or such
later time as appropriate meter adjustments are made:
24 minute parking limit Broadway and Burlingame Avenue -
10 cents for 12 minutes
All other areas -
5 cents for 12 minutes
1 hour parking limit Broadway and Burlingame Avenue -
25 cents for each hour
All other areas -
5 cents for 30 minutes
2 hour

9 hour
parking

for
each 2 1/4 hours
10 hour parking limit 25 cents for each 2 1/2 hours

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
4th day of NOVEMBER , 1996, and was adopted thereafter
