RESOLUTION NO. 65-96
RESOLUTION FIXING AND ESTABLISHING WATER
RATES, CHARGES AND RELATED PROCEDURES
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME,
WHEREAS, the existing water rates and connection fees
were established by Resolution 63-95, adopted August 21, 1995, and
WHEREAS the City Council, after due study and
deliberation, has determined that the price of water to consumers
supplied through the City's distribution system, both within and
without the City's corporate limits, shall remain unchanged and
that the surcharge for Burlingame Hills unincorporated area shall
be removed:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED and it is hereby ORDERED
AND DIRECTED that:
1. The $1.00 surcharge for water consumed within the
Burlingame Hills unincorporated area, as set forth in paragraph 2
of Resolution 63-95j is hereby repealed.
2. Except set forth in paragraph 1 hereof, those rates,
charges and procedures set forth in Resolution 63-95, shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
5th day of AUGUST 1996, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
