Resolution Approving Lot Line Adjustment

RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame California that;
WHEREAS, the owners of 577 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-363-480) and 533
Airport Boulevard (APN 026-363-250) have requested that the land described (Exhibit A-1) in
the attached Exhibit "A" be transferred from 577 Airport Boulevard to 533 Airport Boulevard,
resulting in the parcels as described in Parcel "A'; and the land described (Exhibit B-1) in the
attached Exhibit "A" be transferred from 533 Airport Boulevard to 577 Airport Boulevard,
resulting in the parcels as described in Parcel G.
WHEREAS, the proposed transfer of land has been found to meet all City zoning
and building codes subject to the construction of certain improvements:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
City Council of the City of Burlingame:
Pursuant to Section 66412 (d) of the Government Code the lot line adjustment as set for
in Exhibits "A" is hereby approved.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute for and on behalf of the
City of Burlingame the improvement agreement concerning said lot line adjustment, and the City
Clerk shall attest his signature thereto.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered that a certified copy of this resolution shall be recorded
in the official records of the County of San Mateo.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 5th day of May , 1997 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:

BEGINNING at an angle point along the northerly line of said Parcel G, said point also being the
most southwesterly comer of Parcel A as said Parcel is shown on that certain map entitled "PARCEL
MAP" filed for record on November 8, 1975 in Volume 34 of Maps at Pages 1 and 2 in the Office
of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California;
thence along the said northerly line of said Parcel G North 46°00'00" West, a distance of 82.50 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence leaving said line South 44000'00" West, a distance of 56.00 feet to the most easterly comer
