ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
AMENDMENT
TO CONTRACT
WITH
THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC
EMPLOYEES'
RETIREMENT
SYSTEM
THE CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That an amendment to the Contract between the
City of Burlingame and the Board of Administration, California
Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy
of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and
by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in
full.
Section 2.
The Mayor is hereby authorized, empowered, and
directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said
Agency
Section 3. The Ordinance shall. take effect 30 .days after
the date of its adoption and shall be published as required by
law.

do
hereby
certify
that the foregoing
ordinance
was
introduced
at
a
regular
meeting
of the City Council
held on
the
7th day
of
October ,1985, and was adopted thereafter at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of October
1985, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, MANGINI, MARTIN, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
