ORDINANCE 1317
ORDINANCE LIMITING COUNCIL EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENTS
Section 1. Section 2.04.030 (c) of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
!'(c) Reimbursement. The salaries prescribed in this
section are exclusive of any amounts payable to each member of
the Council',as reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses
incurred by him in the performance of official duties. Except
for the Mayor, actual and necessary expenses shall only be those
for meetings or activities where one or more governmental
agencies or entities,,are
participants; mileage for
any
activity
within the City shall be
excluded for all Council
members. All
that
the foregoing
ordinance was
expenses other than those
set forth above, or for
City
employee
retirement dinners, and all
expenses of more than
$200
shall
require Council approval
prior to be incurred."
Section 2. This
ordinance shall be published
as
required by law.
