ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PERSONS FROM OBSTRUCTING
SIDEWALKS
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. The title of Chapter 10.32 of the
Burlingame Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"CHAPTER 10.32
Obstructing Sidewalks by Objects.��
Section 2. Chapter 10.34 is amended to read as follows
"CHAPTER 10.34
Obstructing Sidewalks by Persons.
10.34.010 No person shall:
A. Wilidily-- and maliciously stand, sit, lie, or
sleep in or under any street, sidewalk, passageway, or other
public place in such a manner as to obstruct, hinder or delay the
free passage or use in the customary manner of such street, side-
walk, passageway, or other public place.
B. Wilfully and maliciously stand, sit, lie or sleep
in or upon any doorway or way of ingress or egress of any build
or other

required by law. /

Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
2nd day of December ,1985, and was adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
January 11985 by the following vote:
