AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.12.010 OF THE BURLINGAME
MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAPS THEREIN INCORPORATED
BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PARCELS ON BAYSWATER AVENUE FROM
RETAIL COMMERCIAL C-1 TO MULTI -FAMILY AND OTHER USES R -a
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does ORDAIN as
Section 1. Section 25.12.010 of the Burlingame Municipal
Code and the zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539 are hereby amended by
reclassifying from the C-1 District to the R-4 District, Lots 13 and 14, Polo
Field Subdivision of Part of the Town of Burlingame,recorded May 1, 1905 in
Book "E" of Maps at P. 45 (APN 029-225-010 and 029-225-X240).
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by
law.
