ORDINANCE
REQUIRING
USE PEP IIT
EOR REAL ESTATE,
FINANCIAL
AND CREDIT
BUSINESSES
WITHIN PORTIONS
OF SUBAREA B OF THE
BURLINGAME
AVENUE COMMERCIAL
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1.
Section 25.36.031
2 (d)
describing permitted
uses in subarea B
of the Burlingame
Avenue
Commercial Area, is
amended to read as follows:
"(d) Offices, real estate, financial and credit businesses,
except as provided in Section 25.36.032 2 (e)".
Section 2. Section 25.36.032 2 (e), describing uses
requiring a special perr-it in subarea B of the Burlingame Avenue
Commercial Area, is added to read as follows:
"(e) Real estate, financial and credit businesses for
parcels with frontage on Chapin Avenue, Primrose Road, Donnelly
Avenue, or the west side of Lorton north of Donnelly Avenue."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of
July ,1987, and was adopted thereafter at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of August
1987, by the following vote:
