ORDINANCE EXTENDING LIMITATION ON FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS
IN THE BROADWAY COMMERCIAL AREA AND THE BURLINGAME
AVENUE COMMERCIAL AREA, SUB AREA A
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby
DAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance 1302 establishing
expiration date for said ordinance, is hereby amended to read
follows:
"Section 4. This ordinance shall have no force and
fect after April 16, 1989, unless extended by this Council."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
law.
