ORDINANCE PROHIBITING STORING VEHICLES ON PUBLIC
STREETS, ALLEYS AND PARKING LOTS
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 13.32.050 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
13.32.050 Use of streets for storage of vehicles
prohibited. No person who owns or has possession,: custody or
control of any vehicle shall park such vehicle upon any street,
alley or public parking facility for more that a consecutive
period of seventy-two hours.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
19th day of January ,1987,,and was adopted thereafter
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day
of February 11987, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARYON, LEMBI, MANGINI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
