ORDINANCE EXTENDING URGENCY INTERIM ORDINAJ ::_=;_1376
PROHIBITING CREEKSIDE DEVELOPMENT
AND SUBDIVISION
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Extension of Interim Ordinance
Ordinance 1376 adopted by this Council oh October 17, 19881
is hereby extended to November 20, 19819.
Section 2, This ordinance is adopted pursuant to
Government Code Section 65858, appropriate notice and
hearing having been given. Said extension is necessary to
allow sufficient time to study modifications of said
interim ordinance and provide sufficient time for the
adoption of a permanent ordinance,
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance
was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 21st day of November 1988, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: AMSTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, MANGINI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
