ORDINANCE EXTENDING URGENCY INTERIM ORDINANCE, 137:5
REGULATING CERTAIN SECOND STORY ADDITIONS
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Extension of Interim Ordinance.
Ordinance 1375, adopted by this Council on October 17,
1988, is hereby extended to April 20, 1989.
Section 2. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to
Government Code Section 65858, appropriate notice and
hearing having been given. Said extension is necessary to
allow sufficient time to study modifications of said
interim ordinance and provide sufficient time for the
adoption of a permanent ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance
was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 21st day of November, 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: APASTRUP, BARTON
LEMBI, PIANGINI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
