ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BAYSHORE HIGHWAY
SPECIAL ZONE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGADZE does hereby
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.12.017 is hereby added to the
Burlingame Municipal Code to read as follows:
"25.12.017 Establishment of Bayshore Highway Special Zone.
Those lots fronting on Bayshore Highway on July 1, 1988 within the
first industrial district, as so designated and set forth on the
map attached to Ordinance .1379 on file in the office of the
City Clerk, shall be known as the Bayshore Highway Special Zone,
and the area shall be subject to the specific provisions of this
code concerning the uses therein."
Section 2. Section 25.42.045 is hereby added to said code
to read as follows:
"25.42.045 Bayshore Highway Special Zone. The permitted
and special uses set forth in this chapter shall apply to the
Bayshore Highway Special Zone except as follows:
a. Food establishments shall be a permitted use in addit-
ion to those set forth in Section 25.42.020. All restaurants shal]
have maximum building floor area equal to fifteen percent (15°s)
of the lot area or a floor area ratio of .15 (FAR .15). Parking
shall be provided as set forth in Section 25.41.080.
