AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.12.010 OF
THE BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING
MAPS THEREIN INCORPORATED BY RECLASSIFYING
CERTAIN PARCELS FROM FIRST INDUSTRIAL (M-1)
DISTRICT TO WATERFRONT COMMERCIAL C-4
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAPQE does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.12.010 of the Burlingame Municipal
Code and the Zoning Maps attached to Ordinance 539 are hereby
amended by reclassifying from the M-1 District to the C-4 District
the following lands.
1.) 9.72 acres, more or less, being a portion of Parcel
63 of that map recorded in Map Book B, Page 16, Official Records
of the County of San. Mateo (APN 026-112-120 and 026-141-020).
2.) 4.97 acres, more or less, having frontage on the
southeasterly line of Broadway and the northeasterly line of
Bayshore Freeway (APN 026-290-310).
3.) 19.63 acres, more or less, being a portion of the
northeasterly quarter of Section 18, T4SR4W, 70B&M. (APN 026-
350-070 through 026-350-100).
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law_ ° t
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day of
October ,1988, and was adopted thereafter at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of October
1988, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: NISTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: HANGINI
