ORDINANCE EXTENDING URGENCY INTERIM ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING DECLINING HEIGHT ENVELOPE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Extension of Interim Ordinance. Ordinance
1372 adopted by this Council on September 6, 1988, is hereby
extended to December 10, 1988.
Section 2. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to
Government Code Section 65858(a), appropriate notice and hearing
having been given. Said extension is necessary to allow
sufficient time to study modifications of said interim ordinance
and provide sufficient time for the adoption of a permanent
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
