ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TWO-HOUR PARKING FOR
DESIGNATED SPACES ON EAST SIDE OF LORTON AVENUE
BETWEEN HOWARD AVENUE AND BURLINGAME AVENUE
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. Section 13. 36.030(10) of said Code is amended
to read as follows:
1113.36.030 (10) Lorton Avenue
from
Bellevue Avenue to
Howard Avenue, except east side 40
feet
from Howard Avenue
north toward Burlingame Avenue,"
Section 2. Section 13.36.040
(a)
(24) of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is amended to read
as
follows:
"(24) Lorton Avenue, east
side,
from Howard Avenue, 120
feet south toward Bayswater and 40
feet
north toward Burlingame
Avenue."

I, JUDITH A. DIALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day of August 1988, and was adopted thereafter
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day
of September 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: APISTRUP, BARYON, LEMBI, MANGINI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILDiEN: NONE
