ESTABLISHING MOTORCYCLE PARKING ZONES
THE CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 13.36.48 establishing motorcycle
zones, is hereby added to the Burlingame Municipal Code to read
as follows:
"13.36.48 Motorcycle Zones. Whenever parking spaces
on a street or parking lot are marked or designated for the use
of motorcycles, it shall be unlawful for any other vehicle to be
parked in said spaces."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame
do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
June 1988, and was adopted thereafter at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of June
1988, by the following vote:

OES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
