ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DRINKING ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES IN PUBLIC PLACES
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 10.20.010 of the Burlingame Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"No person shall have in his or her possession while upon
any public street, lawn, alley, park or other public place, any
bottle, can, or other receptacle,containinu any alcoholic beverage
which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which
have been partially removed."
Section 2. This ordinance shall jb p lishea as required
by law.
