ORDINANCE EXTENDING URGENCY ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING CREEKSIDE DEVELOPMENT
AND SUBDIVISION
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
herebI ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Extension of Interim Ordinance.
Ordinance 1376 adopted by this Council on October 17, 1988,
and extended to November 20, 1989, by Ordinance No. 1382 is
hereby extended to March 20, 1990.
Section 2. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to
Government Code Section 65858, appropriate notice and
hearing having been given. Said extension is necessary to
allow sufficient time to study modifications of said interim
ordinance and provide sufficient time for the adoption of a
permanent ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 16th day of October 1989, and adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: P.:STRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: MANGINI
