AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE
AND THE ZONING MAPS THEREIN INCORPORATED
BY RECLASSIFYING LOTS A TO J, 1,
10 THROUGH 12 AND THE SOUTHERLY 47 FEET OF LOT 13 0
BLOCK 1 OF BURLINGAME TERRACE NO, 2
4 FROM SECOND COMMERCIAL (C-2) DISTRICT
TO THIRD RESIDENTIAL (R-3) DISTRICT,
DEFINING LOT FRONTAGE, AND LIMITING
STRUCTURE HEIGHT ON SUCH LOTS

Section 1 Section 25.08.4 3, defining front of
Lot, is hereby added to the Burlingame Municipal Code to

read as follows:

Section 2. Se�tion 23.12.010 of said code and the
zoning maps attached tSfordinance No. 539 are hereby amended
by reclassifying Lots A to J, 1, and, 10 through 12 and the
southerly 47 feet/Of lot 13 of Block 1 `caf Burlingame Terrace
No. 2 (APN 0297622-060 through 029-022-018) as said lots are

Cal' ornia", filed in the office of the`•County
Re order of San Mateo County on January 3, f911 in

Section 3. Section 24.32.050 of said code is
amended to read as follows:
25.32.050 Lot dimensions and requirements.

1. Lot dimensions and requirements shall be/the
sameIas those in R-1 districts.
2. The front of lots abutting on California Drive
and Edgehill Drive shall be upon Edgehill Drive. The
maximum height of any structure on such lots shall be thirty
feet (30')."
