ORDINANCE EXTENDING ORDINANCE 1391 PROHIBITING
ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS ON CERTAIN
PARCELS BOUND BY EDGEHILL DRIVE AND CALIFORNIA DRIVE
Section 1. Extension of Interim Ordinance.
Ordinance 1391, adopted/this Council on May 15, 1989,
is hereby extended to December 5, 1989.
Section 2. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to
Government Code Section 65858, appropriate notice and
hearing having been given, Said extension is necessary to
allow sufficient time to study zoning and general plan
amendments of the subject area and provide sufficient time
for the adoption of an ordinance implementing such
amendments.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law,

was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 19th day of June 19891 by
