ORDINANCE REPEALING EXPIRATION DATE ON ORDINANCES
LIMITING FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE
BROADWAY COMMERCIAL AREA AND THE
BURLINGAME AVENUE COMMERCIAL AREA, SUBAREA A
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance 1302 and
Section 2 of Ordinance 1321, establishing expiration dates
for said ordinances, are hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
