ORDINANCE INCREASING AMUSEMENT PERMIT FEES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
hereby ORDAIN as follows:
Section
1.
Section 6.16.030
of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is
hereby
amended to read
as follows:
"6.16.030
Fee
Required.
All public amusements
shall, upon application,
pay a
fee of one
hundred dollars."
Section
2. This ordinance
shall be published as
required by law.

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 18th day of January 198 9 and was
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 6th day of February 1989 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: AMSTRUP, BARYON, MANGINI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: LED4BI
