If street width allows, existing parallel parking may be relocated to accommodate pedestrian protection with applicant allowed to use no more than two spaces. • If no parking is available in front of the construction site due to protection (normally demolition, etc.), the City Engineer may consider the use of up to two spaces on adjacent properties upon receipt of written concerns from these properties by applicant.
