RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT TO WILSEY HAM
FOR INTERCONNECTION OF THE NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT US 101 RAMPS,
ROLLINS ROAD, AND CADILLAC WAY WITH THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT
BROADWAY AND ROLLINS ROAD AND BROADWAY, CALIFORNIA AVENUE, AND
CAROLAN AVENUE
[PROJECT NO. 93071
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the interconnection of traffic signals will improve efficiency at these very
heavily used intersections; and
WHEREAS, staff solicited proposals from qualified engineering firms to design and develop
specifications for the signalization, and received two proposals for the work; and
WHEREAS, after review of the proposals and interviews of the firms submitting the
proposals, staff is recommending Wilsey Ham, which is qualified to perform this work,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The City Manager is authorized and requested to execute the Agreement between the City
and Wilsey Ham as contained in Exhibit A hereto by and on behalf of the City.
2. The Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of the Manager.
