WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on November 8. 1999, at which time said application was denied without prejudice;; WHEREAS, this matter was annealed to City Council and a hearing thereon held on December 6. 1999 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by alis Council that: 1. 6. that the project shall include an intercom system outside the security gate with access to each unit which will allow residents to allow guests to enter the secured parking area for access to the guest parking; 28. that this project shall comply with Ordinance No. 1477, Exterior Illumination Ordinance; 29. that any street trees shall be protected during construction; and 30. that should any cultural resources be discovered during construction, work shall be halted until they are fully investigated by a professional accepted as qualified by the City Planner and the recommendations of the expert have been executed to the satisfaction of the City.
