Relay for Life Proclamation Presentation b. Citizens for a Better Burlingame Proclamation Presentation 6. PUBLIC HEARING The Mayor may limit speakers to three minutes each. a. Appeal of Planning Commission's approval of design Hearing/Action review variance for parking in the front setback and special permit for detached garage located within the rear 40% of �. the lot for a new two-story single family dwelling and detached garage at 1520 Arc Way, zoned R- 1 7. PUBLIC COMMENTS — At this time, persons in the audience may speak on any item on the agenda or any other matter within the jurisdiction of the Council. The Ralph M. Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law) prohibits Council from acting on any matter that is not on the agenda. Speakers are requested to fill out a"request to speak" card located on the table by the door and hand it to staff. The Mayor may limit speakers to three minutes each. 8. Adopt Resolution amending the list of designated officers and employees in the City's Conflict of Interest Code c. Resolution accepting Burlinghome-Easton subdivision Nos. 5 and 7 Main Replacement Project d. Progress update on the Mills Canyon slide repairs project e. Approval of a Resolution supporting the State of California Propositions I A,1 B,I C,1 D,I E and Proposition 84 on the November, 2006 Ballot 10.
