Human Resources Director Award Presentation 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS The mayor may limit speakers to three minutes each. a. Action on Ordinance to establish development fees for the Hearing/Action El Camino Real North and Rollins Road subareas of the North Burlingame/Rollins Road Specific Plan 7. PUBLIC COMMENTS-At this time,persons in the audience may speak on any item on the agenda or any other matter within the jurisdiction of the Council. The Ralph M.Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law)prohibits council from acting on any matter which is not on the agenda. It is the policy of council to refer such matters to staff for investigation and/or action. Speakers are requested to fill out a`request to speak"card located on the table by the door and hand it to staff. The Mayor may limit speakers to three minutes each. 8. Authorize City Manager to execute the agreement with Athens Administrators to continue to be the Third Party Administrator of the City's self-insured Workers' Compensation Program C. Resolution authorizing the City of Burlingame to join with other public agencies as a participant of the California Asset Management Trust and to invest in shares of the Trust and in individual portfolios d.
