Fanny&Alexander at 1108 Burlingame Avenue and 303-
305 California Drive
b. Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance increasing Hearing/Action
business license processing fees
C. Appeal of the Planning Commission's action on a Hearing/Action
determination on the Planning Commission's action on a
project at 1615 Willow Road
d. Appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of a design Hearing/Action
review and special permit for declining height envelope for
a new two-story single family dwelling and detached
garage at 1524 Vancouver Avenue,Zoned R-1
e. Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act(TEFRA) Public Hearing/Action
Hearing on the issuance of$2,800,000 in tax exempt
obligations by the California Statewide Communities
Development Authority to fund the acquisition of property
by Community Gatepath Agency
f. Adoption of Fire Department fees and charges for 2005- Hearing/Action
2006 and affirm the other development fees approved on
May 2, 2005
6. PUBLIC COMMENTS -At this time,persons in the audience may speak on any
item on the agenda or any other matter within the jurisdiction of the Council. The Ralph M.Brown
Act(the State local agency open meeting law)prohibits council from acting on any matter which is
not on the agenda. It is the policy of council to refer such matters to staff for investigation and/or
action. Speakers are requested to fill out a"request to speak"card located on the table by the door
and hand it to staff. The Mayor may limit speakers to three minutes each.

a. Burlingame Avenue Area Business Improvement District - Make determination&direct
Conclusion of assessment proceedings for 2005-2006 and staff
determination of majority protest
b. Introduce Ordinance for revisions to fees for water service Introduction
(flow tests, temporary water services and meter
installations)

C. Introduce alternate Ordinance amending Chapter 6.38 to Introduction
clarify fortune-telling locations and Title 25 to clarify uses
in Subarea D of the Burlingame Avenue commercial area,
clearly regulate remodeling or removal of buildings in
Subarea A of the Burlingame Avenue commercial area,
expressly allow churches as a permitted use in the R3
District,and reduce parking requirements for certain
secondary dwelling units

a. Resolution awarding street resurfacing program to C. F.
Archibald Paving, Inc.
b. Resolution approving an agreement with Otto Miller for La
Mesa Drive water main replacement
C. Resolution approving a professional services agreement
with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants for design of Mills Tank
Transmission Main
d. Second amendment to the agreement with Turbo Data
Systems for parking citation processing and delinquent
citation collection services
