1. CALL TO ORDER 9:00 a.m. 850 Burlingame Ave.

3. STAFF REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
a. Present Capital Improvement Project recommendations Presentation

4. PUBLIC COMMENTS - At this time, persons in the audience may speak
on any item on the agenda or any other matter within the jurisdiction of the
Council. The Ralph M. Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law)
prohibits council from acting on any matter which is not on the agenda. It is the
policy of council to refer such matters to staff for investigation and/or action.
Speakers are requested to fill out a "request to speak" card located on the table
by the door and hand it to staff. The Mayor may limit speakers to three minutes
each.
5. COUNCIL FEEDBACK
a. Council will review the items that were identified for Review/Direct
possible changes from the staff recommendations and
provide consensus direction

6. CLOSED SESSION: ( 12:45 p.m. to 1 :00 p.m.)

Government Code § 54957.6: City Negotiators: Jim
Nantell, Bob Bell; Labor Organizations: Police/Fire
Administrators; Police Officers Association; AFSCME,
Locals 2190 and 829; BAMM; Teamsters Local 856;
Department Heads; and Unrepresented Employees
