In reply to questions directed to the City Engineer concernln6 public

be required to carry power and telephone services to Parcel A. Mr. Narr
pointed Out further that a problem could arise should Parcel A noz be
properly drained and recommended that the drainage be installed to carry
the water to Rollins Road, away from the rear lot.

Oak Grove Avenue and Crossway Road,
An application was -submitted to the Commission by -Paul H. Solis, owner,
requesting a resubdivision of 2 lots located at the northwesterly cor-
ner of the intersection of Oak Grove Avenue and Crossway Road, being
Lots 1 and 2. Block. 119 Burlinbame Terrace Subdivision. Accompanying
this application,,'hr. Solis also submitted a request for a variance
on said lots to permit construction of two duplex buildiyu-s,.
A resubdivisloa map and a plot plan accompanied the applications,
Planning Consultant Mann stated that the two lots presently front on
Oak Grove Avenue and are zoned for duplex use. however, one of 11-te
lots is triangular in shape and cannot be easily de-veloped as a
duplex site. Mr. Mann advised that It is for this reason t.hat th,e
chaz%e in lot lines is requested. The resubdivisi ' on proposes to
front the lots on Crossway Road rather than Oak GrOve Avenue.
Mr. Mann pointed out treat Crossway Road Is a first residential
street and,, under the terms of the ordinance, the two lots will lose

Avenue as an intended site for an eleven unit apartment building.,
