Ray presented the Trustees with a summary of plans and projects
both current and future in the Technical Service Department. Here
are some of the highlights.
• New AMH should be operational by the week of April 22nd.
• The system is smaller than the old AMH and therefore two more

may be available in the future.
• Upon the completion of a review by the Technical Service staff
memory kits for dementia patients will be introduced into the
library collection.
• The works of local authors are available to the public. However,
their works are not in the Collection Development Plan.
• The Technical Services staff is in the beginning stages of
creating a new website, as well changing the Tech. Lab to a
Maker Space.
B. City Librarian's Report

Data Retention Policy and Law Enforcement Records Requests.
