HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 066-2024 RESOLUTION NO. 066-2024 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME APPROVING THE FINAL PARCEL MAP (PM 23-02), LOT MERGER AND SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 39 TO 48, BLOCK 6, EAST MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3 SUBDIVISION, LOT 39, MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 5-A SUBDIVISION, AND PARCEL WITH ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 025-271-100 AT 1541-1565 ADRIAN ROAD AND 960 DAVID ROAD; CEQA DETERMINATION: EXEMPT PURSUANT TO STATE CEQA GUIDELINES 15061(B)(3) The City Council of the City of Burlingame resolves as follows: WHEREAS, the legal description for this map action is a lot merger and subdivision of lots 39 to 48, Block 6, East Millsdale Industrial Park Unit No. 3 Subdivision, Lot 39, Millsdale Industrial Park No.5-A Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Burlingame Municipal Code Chapter 26.08 governs the process of approval of tentative and final maps; and WHEREAS, at their April 8, 2024 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of the final map; and WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has reviewed the above-described final map and recommends that the City Council approve the above-described final map with the following conditions: 1. A final parcel map for the lot merger and subdivision must be filed by the applicant within the two-year time period as allowed by the Subdivision Map Act and the City’s Subdivision Ordinance. 2. All property corners shall be set in the field and be shown on the map. 3. The final map shall show the widths of the right-of-way for Adrian Road and David Road including the centerlines of right-of-way, bearings and distances of centerline, and any existing monuments in the roadway. 4. The map shall include notes stating Parcels 3 and 4, and portions of Parcels 1 and 2, are subject to possible flooding and structures are not permitted within the 140-feet drainage right-of-way. 5. The proposed easement declaration for parking purposes must be recorded at the San Mateo County Recorder’s Office. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS: 1. This action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) DocuSign Envelope ID: 146C1833-330E-4500-8195-ED92ADE0268A pursuant to State CEQA Guideline section 15601(b)(3), as it can be seen with certainty that approval of the tentative map will not have an impact on the environment. 2. The final map (PM 23-02) is approved with the conditions described above. 3.
