A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PAVERS FROM GRANITEROCK IN THE
AMOUNT OF $234,709.03 FOR THE TOWN SQUARE PROJECT, CITY PROJECT
#86120
WHEREAS, the City is finalizing the plans for a new Town Square in the heart of the
Downtown; and
WHEREAS, the project requires pavers that match the adjacent development at 220 Park
Road to have a consistent look and pattern; and
WHEREAS, the pavers are custom-made by Graniterock and need to be manufactured at
the same time as the pavers ordered by the 220 Park Road developer, Dostart; and
WHEREAS, Dostart has ordered their pavers and the manufacturing is being scheduled.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
RESOLVES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council of the City of Burlingame authorizes the purchase of pavers from
Graniterock in the amount of $234,709.03 for the Town Square Project, City Project
#86120.

Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of
November, 2023 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, ORTIZ, STEVENSON
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
