RESOLUTION NO. 131-2023
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS – BURLINGAME STATION PEDESTRIAN
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT BY FBD VANGUARD CONSTRUCTION, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 86240
WHEREAS, on October 3, 2022, the City Council awarded the Burlingame Station Pedestrian
Improvements Project to FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. in the amount of $585,938; and
WHEREAS, the project has been satisfactorily completed in compliance with the plans and
specifications; and
WHEREAS, there are adequate funds available in the project budget to cover the project costs ; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council does
hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by FBD Vanguard
Construction, Inc., under the terms of its contract with the City dated December 20, 2022, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 86240.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

I, Meaghan Hassel Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of
October, 2023, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
