A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME APPROVING
THE FINAL MAP (PM 23-03), SUBDIVISION OF PORTION OF LOT 10, BLOCK 9, MAP OF
BURLINGAME LAND COMPANY NO. 2 AT 1433 FLORIBUNDA AVENUE; AND FINDING
THIS ACTION IS EXEMPT FROM CEQA PURSUANT TO STATE CEQA GUIDELINES
SECTION 15061(b)(3)
The City Council of the City of Burlingame resolves as follows:
WHEREAS, the legal description for this map action is a subdivision of a portion of Lot 10,
Block 9, Map of Burlingame Land Company No. 2; and
WHEREAS, Burlingame Municipal Code Chapter 26.08 governs the process of approval
of tentative and final maps; and
WHEREAS, at the September 24, 2018 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed and
recommended approval of the map; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has reviewed the above-described final map
and recommends that the City Council approve the above-described final map with the following
conditions:
1. All frontage sidewalks, driveways, and curb and gutter within in the public right-of-way
shall be replaced with new improvements.
2. A final subdivision map must be filed by the applicant within the two-year time period
as allowed by the Subdivision Map Act and the City’s Subdivision Ordinance.
3. No developmental approvals are part of this mapping action.
4. All property corners shall be set in the field and be shown on the map.
5. The final map shall show the widths of the right-of-way for Floribunda Avenue including
the centerlines of right-of-way, bearings and distances of centerline, and any existing
monuments in the roadway.
6. Permanent stormwater treatment measures and maintenance agreements are
required for the development. Agreements shall be recorded with the County prior to
building permit sign-off.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE
COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final map (PM 23-03) is approved with the conditions described above.

2. Staff is directed to verify that all conditions of approval are met and arrange for the
recording of the final map.
3. This resolution is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
pursuant to State CEQA Guideline section 15601(b)(3), as it can be seen with
certainty that approval of the tentative map will not have an impact on the
environment.

of September, 2023, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
