Superseding grant agreement between the City of Burllngeme,
San llateo County, California, and the United States of Amerisa,
wss presented antl reatl in fu1I by the City Attorney of salcl
Oity who aelvised the execution of the same 1n trlplicate by the
Mayor of the Clty of Burillng&&e and the 01ty Clerk of sald Slty.
0n motion of 0ouneilman Handlos, second.ed by Counollman Elves,
a resoLuticn authorlzing the execution of the supersedlng grant

City Attorney Davis aclvised the Council that the gas tax money
the pavlng of Oak Grove Avenne was i.row available and only awal
the plans and speclfications from the City Engineer.
