Under the headlng of Unfinlshed Buslness, Councllman Dahl moved the adoptlon of Resolution No. 60-49, entitled- rr Acceptlng the Improved Streets, Sanitary Sewers, Storm DraLnS, Yrlater Dlstribution CincuLts, Pedestrlan Ways, Curbs, Gutters and Sidewalks, as the Same Have Been Constructed and Installed ln Ray Park, a Legal Subdlvlslon of the Clty of Rurl ingame, County of San Iliateor State of Callfornla", seconded by C ouncl 1lnan Eunt and unan!.nous1y carriod by the af flrrnatlve vote of the Councll. Mr. Enll Schulz, Chalrman of the Burlingame Veteransr Honor Ro]1 Conmlttee, addressed the Councll- and presented an lnscrlbed plaque to be erected on the new Burlingame C omrnrnl ty Center Bulldlng as a memorlal to those men and women who lost thelr lives in V{orld Wan II. Mayor Lovo, on behalf of the Cquncll, expressed the appreclatlon of the Councll and thanked Mr. SchuLz and the group of cltlzens who alded in ralslng funds for the plague. Mayor Love announeed that Tuesday, August 91 1949, at B:OO p,Irl.e the Flnance Comrnittee of the Councll would hold hearlngs on the budget and invited the public to attend.
