the opportuntty to appear before the Councll to protest if they so
desLre. Councllman DaLr 1 thorefore included in the motlon that the
fact become knovn that the Couneil wish to coneur ln the recor.tnenda-tion that a drlI1 tower be constr:ucted on the property adjacent to
the Fire Station, but that actlon would be delayed untLl the next
