Mayon Mongan announced that the special meetlng had been scheduledfor the punpose of glvlng consldenatlon to the enactJ.ng of an agree-
ment with Romeo Joly pentaining.to tho oper"atlon of the Clty Dr:mp.
CouneLlmen Rooth stated he was pnlmanLly lnterested ln the physlcalcollectLon of the fees and tho reconds to be kept of such coLlec-tlons. He nequested cLanLficatl.on of t ho above prlor to an exeeutl.onof an agneement.
Mayon Morgan suggosted that the agreement be fonwanded to the FubltoUtlllties CommissLon for Lts comment and::ecommendatLorrsr The Mayor
observed that the present verbal agneement between the Clty and RomeoJoly ls concLse and cleer and that Mr. Jolye r:nden provlsLons of

The Clty Attorney suggested, ln :response to Councll lnquiry, that thecontnact should bo a wrltten agreement if the operaton ls employod. as
an lndopendent contracton, that the prepar"ed agreement lnconpe atesall of the provlslons under" whleh the openaton has malntalned the
hrmp in past yearse &nd that the fee schedule should not bo part of an
agreement of emplo;nnent.

Park Superlntendent Fr.ancend reported, noeent destructlon of facilltles
at the nest rooms ln the Ray Park Playground.
The Councll agroed that the neeessary nepalns must be made and that some
actlon be taken to prevent a repetltlon of the vandaLlsm.
