A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NICKITAS 7280 IN THE
AMOUNT OF $215,300 FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR
THE CALIFORNIA DRIVE BICYCLE FACILITY PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 86230
WHEREAS, in December 2022, the City issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for
construction management and inspection services for the California Drive Bicycle Facility
Project, City Project No. 86230; and
WHEREAS, in response to the RFP, the City received three qualified proposals. Staff
evaluated the proposals and determined Nickitas 7280 to be the most qualified firm to perform
the work based on their experience and knowledge of construction management of similar
projects; and
WHEREAS, staff has negotiated a scope of professional services with Nickitas 7280
for construction management and inspection services in the amount of $215,300 for the
project; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California which FINDS,
ORDERS and DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
1.The public interest and convenience require execution of the Professional
Services Agreement with Nickitas 7280 in the amount of $215,300 for said project.
2.The City Manager is authorized to sign said Agreement on behalf of the City of
Burlingame and to take such actions as may be required to carry out said Agreement.
3.The City Clerk is instructed to attest such signature.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
21st day of February, 2023 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
