revlewed by members of the Councl1. The budget incluoed expenciituraesof whieh Federal ald would allocate 5071, the itate 25iL and. 257:, to
be borne by the City. Councilman Byr"d moved that the cityrs share lnthe amount of ,p1 ,979.08, be approved and that the .{ayon be a*thonizedto execute the necessary doeuments requestlng fedenal and State ald.

acijacent to the bulldlng at 102L Oak Grove Avenue. ft was funther
nequested that penmlsslon be gnanted to fence, leveI and impnovethe property sufficiently to p: ovide suitable play area for thechlldren. Councilman Byrd moved that the request be granted andthat the City Attorney pllepare, for the Mayorts exeeutlon, an
