RESOLUTION NO. 141-2022
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
ICF JONES & STOKES, INC. (ICF) TO PERFORM ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW SERVICES
RELATED TO THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW PUBLIC
NATURE/RECREATION PARK AND EDUCATION CENTER BUILDING AT 410 AIRPORT
BOULEVARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $116,609.32
WHEREAS, the City has selected ICF (“Consultant”) to perform the environmental review
required for the proposed new public nature/recreation park and education center building at 410
Airport Boulevard (“Project”).
WHEREAS, the proposed project requires the completion of an Initial Study/Mitigated
Negative Declaration; and
WHEREAS, the Consultant has prepared a request to cover the cost of the requested
services as outlined in the attached Scope of Work dated November 30, 2022, for the proposed
Project, for a total budget of $116,609.32; and
WHEREAS, because the amendment to the agreement will authorize work in excess of
$100,000, with a total budget of $116,609.32, City Council approval is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to enter into the Professional Services
Agreement with the Consultant for environmental review services related to the proposed
Project, consistent with the Scope of Work attached to this resolution for a maximum total
cost of $116,609.32.
2. The City Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of the City Manager upon execution of
the Professional Services Agreement.

I, Meaghan Hassel-Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify that the foregoing
resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council, held on the 5th day of
December, 2022, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, O’BRIEN KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: Councilmembers: NONE
