At tho request of the Cor:ncll, the Clty Englneer advLsed that ln con-
formance to an agrooment wlth the Clty the proJect should have been com-pletod by Decomber 1955 but that a short amount of street work, th6 ln-stalletlon of utlllty llnesr-togethe]" with the removal of an electrlcal
po1e, as yet remains lncomplote. The City Englneer necommended thegrantlng of the extenslon as requested - or unt1l October 1956.
The Clty Attorney advised that a corumrnLcatlon should be recelved fromthe bondlng company ilgnlfylng its approval to the eitenslon as requested.
Councllman Thayor moved that the subJect be reforred to tho CltyAttor"ney for appropriate actlon, seconded by Councllman Morgan.
