Mayor Rooth stated that lnsofar as the Clty of Burl lngame ls concern-ed, the vendors, as welL as the Po1lce Department, are aware and alentto the problem and ln his oplnLon, the adoptLon of a resolutlon by a

attend the scheduled meetlng Ln San Francisco, ln addltlon to a study
