Jacob Krawltz, 1[28 Sanchez Avenue, owner of the property eastorlyof the subJect property, exprensed opposltlon basod on hls opl,nlon that a fLve-unlt apartment would create an addltlonal tnefflc hazard wlthin Lhat pertLculan area and that he would prefer to see the constructlonof a duplex unlt. Councl Lman Byrd stated that the Councll l-s lntorested ln the utllLza-tlon of propertJr for tax end other reasons and the constr.uctlon of a duplex would not comply wlth the Lntent to erect a stnucture ln an area zoned for multlple usege.
