A brief dlscusslon foflowed arrd in repl-y to Councll inqulries, the Ci.ty Manager ad.vised that the Association has recommended an asses- sment of SOy' per IOO,OOO cublc feet of water purchased from SanFranclsco to investigate the Sarr Fl.ancisco Vfater Departrnnttsproposed program ard increased water rates. The City Ivlanager further advised that the proposed assessnent wlllcost the City approximately .$45O.OO in additlon to the amount pre-..,iously authorl zed but not yet paid.
