A comnunlcatLon was read. from the Clty Manager, dated February 15, 1959,
whereln the Councll was advised that the Henry J. Kaiser Co. of Oak1and,the Burllngame Shore Land Company and James B. Oswald havo rofusod tosign a petltlon witir other property owners roquestlng the formatlon ofa speclal assessment district to extend Canolan Avenue from Toyon Drlve
